Mission Statement
Quartz aims to promote the adoption of applications implemented with a structured peer-to-peer
overlay network. Through Quartz, not only is network bandwidth optimized, information is sent
and retrieved in an efficient and reliable manner. In turn, we hope that a true community will
emerge where members will leave Quartz and their machines running so that everyone can benefit
from each other.
